Just remember this is not an app, it is a widget and can only be found under your widgets menu, if your using an older phone long press on the screen you want it on, if it says there is not enough room, use a screen with less on it or use a launcher to resize it.
To use, click add to bring up widgets, click on widgets then steampunk analog clock.
Good to go with steampunk wallpapers or themes.
If you have a launcher that allows resizing you should be able to make this smaller.
